THE THANG: started with 3 rounds of farmer carry to gate and back while partner 2 does shoulder presses. Then Partner 1 runs to playground to do exercise while the others stay and do exercise until partner 1 is back. Playground exercises were dips, step ups, incline merkins, pull up bars knee raises. Parking lot exercises were curls, upright rows. Squat thrusters, knee swings.
MARY: Powerball and Skipper joined us for Mary. We did some stretching.
