Snowsuit was grumbling about yesterday‘s brutal beat down so I took it easy.
WARMUP: typical warm up Plus make sure to hit everyone’s favorite exercises :). Ran lines, Markins, hillbillies for SugarF3
THE THANG: mosey to the rock pile with all exercises along the way.
With rocks, did as many rock exercises we could before fingers froze. Various presses, colt 45s, squats. Made sure not to forget triceps for Brinkley.
At the playground: Squerkins, squats, pull-ups, dips
Mosey back with calf raises, derkins, CDDs,
MARY: a couple sprints, then pretzel stick, wwII for Snowsuit, American hammer, pigeon stretch, and a series of other stretches to cool down
