With the threat of rain, YHC had to modify his plan of some hill work but instead opted to stay close to the covered walkways near the school.

I had the pleasure of meeting Snowman this morning. After almost mis-labeling him by calling him snowflake, I was quickly corrected that that is not his name and nor is he one.

He hung with us old guys very well. Very quick, witted and funny. Spaz clearly has some competition with the jokes.

WARMUP: Parkour mosie, SSH, IST, windmills, Penny, pickers, mountain climbers.
THE THANG: we grabbed some rocks and stationed them by the portico, and went off to do some table work to include table shoulder presses, dips, table bench presses, followed by table leg presses. A quick lap around the parking lot and back to our rocks when the rain and ensued.

Rock exercises included, but heavies, bent over rows, tricep extensions, lawnmower pulls, chest presses, LBCs, prison squat curls, With hallway runs in between. Then, YHC allowed the packs to pick your favorite for a repeato.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: no Comanche beat down on Thursday, however, Highland Creek Elementary school has a 7 AM option and the dawghouse has a 530 option led by our own hokie_pokie. Mt Afton is live; sully is planning his annual beat down at the aviation museum in January. Stay tuned for the date.
