WARMUP: Started to mosey to out building at HRMS. MC coming in hot so we planked up at the edge of the lot to wait for him. Plank jacks until he gets down to do one, then continue mosey.
Circle up under the light at the out building. Usual SSH, IST, Penny pickers, arm circles, merkins, mountain climbers, LBCs in the wet grass.
THE THANG: Over to middle school teacher’s lot for some suicides. Line up at bottom curb. Reps are 20 at first line, 15 at second line, 10 at the far curb. Round 1 merkins, Round 2 V-ups, Round 3 reverse lunges (2=1).
Mosey to far driveway near rock pile for a bear crawl ladder. Bear crawl back and forth to curbs. Ladder is 20/5, 15/10, 10/15, 5/20. WWII’s and Bobby Hurleys. After that we did 10 Mike Tyson’s OYO on the curb.
Mosey down around to small lot in front of the school. 6 pax on one curb, 6 on the other curb. Meet your partner in the middle for 5 partner merkins. Back to curb for 10 LBC’s in cadence. 3 rounds of this.
Mosey back towards Odell, stopping at trail for monkey humpers. No car horns again. Continue to entrance for 3 rounds of fast burpee train against the wall.
MARY: Low flutters, pretzel crunches
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Rolling Stone Anniversary beatdown 9/14 at 0700. Kannon anniversary beatdown this Friday at 0530. They do have a parking deck to work out in if weather is bad, but who knows if it’ll be used.
