COT:
This month F3 is talking about mental battles. If you are facing a mental battle, you don’t have to do it alone. I know it’s hard for me to talk about feelings or what I’m going thru, and I’m certain I’m not the only one. But we all need to know there are men in F3 that would stop whatever they are doing to help. If you need help, please reach out. If you suspect someone needs help, reach out to them.
If you are on Slack, it’s a good idea to put your phone number in your profile. That works two ways; a brother may need to talk to someone and needs your number. Or we may need to check in on you if something seems off.

YellowCake out!
