THE THANG: 5 men heeded the call to win today! That’s right, they defeated the fartsack and posted. We prayed for those that didn’t show and acknowledged them as winners to! We are blessed. We did a 5 to 1 ladder on the big boy hill with five Merkins at the top and five air squats at the bottom. Slid over to the small wall and did three rounds of dips, incline Merkins, decline Merkins, and step ups. Then we mosey over to the picnic tables for leg, presses, shoulder, presses, atomic crunches, World War II, sit ups, cheek, clapper’s, and more steps ups. 2 rounds each with a run in the middle.
MARY: a series of 10 each of dying cockroach, Rosalita, pretzel crunch, Low Dolly, the squirm, and a brief airborne mind bender.
