WARMUP: mosey to HRMS rock for the usual.
THE THANG: 300
Inspired by the movie where all but 1 perished, we fought 1 hill 300 merkins. 1st mosey down Marquette alternating 10 AS 10merkins at the 5 light poles. Make our way to the HH Greenway for the main event. 20 sets of 15 or 15 sets of 20 merkins..totaling 300. Each set performed alternating at the top or bottom of “get to the choppa” hill. One would never confuse us for Spartan Warriors but we gave it our best effort, all survived.
