1/8 of a mile sized Monopoly board – Spaz rules

WARMUP: 1+ laps to warmorama. SSH, IST, Penny Pickers, Toe Sweeps, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps.
THE THANG: Grab a game piece cinder block (pretend they were the thimble or hat or shoe etc etc. Monopoly “property” pieces circled the medical building. Simply roll a single die, run past the number of properties until it matches your roll. Do the exercise listed. There was a medley of leg, ab, arm exercises, including 7 dog burpees (AKA 1 burpee). Repeato.
A plus is … we only went to jail once. Not bad for the motley crew we had out there this morn.
MARY: Low flutter, box cutter, reverse box cutter, “almost one minute” abs.
