In the style of an 80’s workout montage

All All MECA Backblasts

June 20th, 2017 By Haskell

(12) Pax came out for an 80’s style workout montage, Playlist follows:

Our movie starts out with our hero(s) gathered to find an army of bad guys had moved into their hometown neighborhood.  Our hero(s) had to step up their workout and began with a warm-up lap and some calisthenics.  Determining that they would be beaten down our hero(s) decided to ramp up their workout…

Enter the Montage:

Our scene begins with the PAX mosey to pick up a cinder-block and two bricks.  Our FNG decides to grab two cinder-blocks, hard charging!  We meet at the hill to the song “Seven Nation Army” for a decline/incline press ladder for the duration of the song.  Next up some “Eye of the Tiger” inspired Rocky-sit-ups, quadraphillia, with squats at the top.  Transition to some fighting moves and it was “Relax (extended mix)” for some Karate Kid with bricks, sprint to top w/bricks, side and front arm raises.  “Lose yourself” was up next and we hit some Merkins, up the hill to LBC.  After we hit our Merkins and LBC’s without losing mom’s spaghetti, we got busy with some tri-extensions and block rows.  FINALLY our hero(s) is ready.  Returning our blocks and bricks he runs  back for Mary with his triumphant theme music “Gonna Fly Now.”
