  1. I’m not sure why but I just seem to feel good on runs recently.

Nice running with you again @Pleasure. You seem to get a big push at the end of your runs. I had no issue running alongside you most of the run… then as soon as we did our second to last six pick up and had to stop at the light, you just pulled away constantly.

  2. Also not run related, but since I was post-running with @Dingo and @TheFarm, I didn’t get to mention this at the prayer circle. But quick prayer request, have an interview for a job at 3PM today. Would make leaving F3 far easier….. ~15-25 minute drive to it, vs the 35-85+ minute drive for the current one.

    1. Good luck!

  3. Great seeing and running with you all this morning!

@Floodplain – Way to push through the pain bro! Keep at it. The cruise is the hardest workout to commit to on a regular basis, because there is no way to avoid running. You just have to do it. But this makes you stronger and the base it gives you makes all other workouts just a little easier. I hope to see you on Saturday.

@TheFarm – Thanks for Pre and post running with me. I told farm in the pre run that I did not want to be out there this morning, I was tired, etc. I even thought about quitting after the pre-run. But the power of the pax pulled me through and by mile 4 I was loving running again. Ive learnt recently that if I just push through the mental barriers, my body will do the work.

@King Louie – Thanks for scaring the crap out of Farm and I. We had absolutely no idea you were there!!

  4. That flat ground did a number on my ankle, that’s for sure!

Thanks for covering for me @Gentle Grizzly.

TClaps to @Dingo and @The Farm for tearing up their training!

@King Louie- You’ve quickly morphed into a running force. Keep it up!

Glad to hear @Flood Plain and @Massai joined the group for a cruise. Sorry I wasn’t there to meet you!
