Let it Hang…
All All MECA BackblastsMay 4th, 2016
It was time to get back into the normal swing of things after YHC moved into a new house 1 1/2 weeks ago. YHC saw that the cruise Q was open so I took it. @ManDown asked if there would be hills so I had to see what I could find.
The Route:
Left on Mallard Creek
Left on Driwood Ct.
Left on Prosperity Church
Left on White Cascade
Left on Armitage
Left on Elsenham (I confused this road with Earlswood, I’m new to the hood)
Take the path to the pool
Left on the Greenway
Left off the Greenway into Mallard Trace
Left on Fairmead
Right on Silver Birch
Left on Mallard Creek
YHC got in 4.34 miles
@Dingo said he got 3.5 miles
@Farm said get got in 7.5 miles (fuzzy Garmin)
Got back a little early so we got in some stretching. Make sure you let it hang and spread your legs…..
Great work by all this morning.
The route was a little shorter today as I planned for a slower six, but those guys were moving it today.
I hate Apollo Ohnos – @Skipper
Why did @Coyote leave early? Did I hear he’s no longer working at the gym? Maybe his new vest was chaffing.
Enjoyed it men!

I enjoyed that route! Take note gents! It doesn’t take much to make a “new” interesting route. Good work GG
Ribshack – enjoyed being the 6 with you bro! Where was Buckwheat and Pingo??!!
Enjoyed the sprint at the end!
Ahoy! What perfect weather to #Cruise! Now for the company…that’s a different story. #jk #F3love
If it hasn’t been publicly stated yet, allow me to proclaim, “@TheFarm is a runner!” That guy (and @AJAX, of course) was pushing me the whole run. Not to mention he smoked the “ugly not-a-chicken foot” #Skywalker on Monday, and killed a #Sharknado yesterday! #impressive #peetest
Thanks brother. But correction, you were and have always pushed me. #ISI
I agree with Dingo. I feel like we’ve run different routes that touched all of what we covered today, but not together as one cruise. Mallard Trace off the Greenway to Mallard Creek should definitely be incorporated into our BRR training. I wonder if there’s a way to incorporate that, Senator Royal, and the hill of shadows into one 4 mile cruise… Hmmmmm…
