THE THANG: To the tennis courts we went … 2 rounds – 5 exercise stations with different rep counts at each. (5, 10, 15, 20, 25) Stack then unstack the stations. Station 1; stations 1 & 2; 1-3, etc til we stacked all 5 stations. Then we unstacked them 1-5; 1-4; etc etc.
1st round stations were: 5 merkins, 10 more merkins, 15 plank jacks, 20 mountain climbers (LR =1), 25 donkey kicks.
2nd round: 5 180 jump squats, 10 reg jump squats, 15 reg squats, 20 SSH, 25 wall taps.
Oh yeah, we had 3 medicine balls and a sand bag for extra effort. We simply took turns toting them around as we progressed through the stations.
