So for my last Q of the week I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
With only 5 of us making it out and me being the War Baby – I was in the presence of Wisdom!
WARMUP: After a mini-serpentine on the BIg hill we gathered on the socer field to warm up. The usual, SSH, Tempo Merkins, ISTd BUT, YHC pulled out something unexpected. Not Hill billys (cause those are dumb and useless) but Hill Billy Squats! (thats right, look it up in the Exicon. And while you’re there, review the names of some common exercises ;). )
THE THANG: Mosey through the beautiful MCP! Got some rail work in, visited the Rock pile and the Big Ass stairs then making it back for just a bit of Mary!
