7 men (including two cruise FNGs) ventured out into the cooler but more humid elements to knock out some mileage. When I first arrived, I was not in a good mood. Tired from not much sleep, A/C issues in the middle of the summer, and waking up early on one of the last days of vacation are not a good mix. But something about these guys always sets me straight. Whether I’m grouchy or late (or both this morning). Here’s what we ran:

Moleskin:
1) Thanks to Dingo, I did not have to run off into the woods this morning! I am grateful!
2) Herbie and Durden killed it this morning. #nottoolatetosignupforBRR
3) Thanks for the 2nd F @Grizzly, @Durden, @Herbie (for the majority of the run, including the pit stop), and even @Landlord!
4) Sign up to Q at the local AOs including the cruises! F3 works when we’re all leading which lends itself to more variety!

    Felt good this morning! Would’ve liked to have run all 7, but F3Dads was high on the agenda this morning.
