After the workout i have to shower auickly at a gym to get to work on time. Today i met a young guy on the way in who was uninterested in joining F3 until i mentioned that we played soccer.

Lets play more sports and use it to recruit people!

WARMUP:
Mosey, karaoke, standard stretches

THE THANG:
6 stations with kettle bell curls, extensions, etc. Plus hit a tire with a sledgehammer. The timer was 20 overhead press with a 5 gallon water jug

3 on 3 soccer
– way out of bounds = 10 merkins
– Score = 20 merkins for scored on, 10 WW2’s for those who scored
