No Mas! ( day 2). Today’s gut check was a second straight day of No Mas. Altered the original a bit, but we stacked and unstacked 8 exercises between “cones”. We teamed up for walk, run, quadraphilia, lateral slide, karaoke, bunny hop, bear crawl, burpee broad jump.
