WARMUP: Ran our mouths
THE THANG: Ruckers did they thing. Runners ran to Rose via Jackson Park. We hit the side streets up to Ridge and back down to Rose until Martin Luther King. Took a left for a much needed downhill, but quickly turned into major suckage on the way back up. A few took S Main forward the gas station and came back, one found the Brown Route and a couple hit the inner loop to round out the run. Great work and great push!
