THE THANG: Runners launched from Mary and took a right on main street. Took a left and headed down Martin Luther King to the bridge before running back up the hill. We crossed through town and took a left, crossed Dale and headed down 3 to the round about. Back up the hill and back to Mary. Great run! Great push! New pax are definitely improving.
