Four Horsemen braved the frigid temps and all 100 of YHC’s squirms. We learned that Bowser loves Sully’s hambones and Sully loves John Hamm #ShowToKnow. A mile of moseying ensued w/a plethora of exercises involving playground equipment, rocks and good old fashioned abs, hands and feet. No burpees though :wink:.
