The forecast didn’t look the greatest and YHC wasn’t up for getting soaked and had two routines planned depending on heaviness of rain. YHC loaded up the vehicle last night was close to 200# of coupons, which were used about a third of the way through.
Seven pax gathered just before 0700, intro given and we were off.

WARMUP: Mosey around the extended parking lot, a couple of laps around Mount Dorton for the usual warm-o-rama stuff.
THE THANG … was broken up in two phases, light rain with no cover heavy rain with cover.
– Light Rain: We mosey’d over to the tennis courts. Each pax lined up at the wall for various routines and follow the lead pax as a time. When they hit the corner of the first court, the next pax took off. We did three or four exercises with the rain picking up, YHC moved the second portion of the bootcamp to the shelter.
– Heavy Rain: We migrated to YHC’s vehicle, pulled out the coupons and circled up under the shelter. Each pax had a coupon, one pax served as the timer, calling an exercises for the pax in the circle to do, while the timer rucked in the rain around the shelter. We rotated after each timer completed the lap.
– Coupons used: 60# sandbag, 40# ruck, 33# concrete block, 25# kettlebell, 20# ruck, 15-20# sandbag, 18# block of iron
