PAX: Peanuts, LoveSeat, Vespa-Odell, Penny wise, chachif3, ti, Life Alert, Jobu, Remy, Semper Fry

10 pax showed to the world famous RS AO for their soon to be government mandated daily dose of the DRP. Pax were greeted by crystal clear skies full of stars (can’t get that at Planet Fitness or your garage) along with “suck it bro” temps. IYKYK SugarF3. Quick disclaimer and spread out at launch
WARMUP: standards plus that thing Peanuts stole from his girls soccer team
THE THANG: mosey over to the teacher lot for some high level mathematics. Merkin suicides. Each line was number of merkins performed in ascending order with return to start after each line. 17 total lines….i will never forget Vespa-Odell.
Q was kind enough to mark off lines at the 5 spots to aid in the counting. Q”s a great guy. Google math formula search finds
S = n/2 (first + last)
Merkins=17/2(1+17) =153
ti knew this answer before we even started and was quick to point out the merkin 1/2 way point was line 12 . Must be nice to be smart.
No complaining was heard as all pax enjoyed their tour of the parking lot. We then moseyed to the Fast and Furious wall for a little 10/2 ladder by 2s with donkey kicks, bear crawl across, squats on the other side and return with a run..which became a walk for most. Still so much time
Partner up and grab a block. P1 exercise and P2 run or whatever to light and return to relieve. Can’t remember all the stuff but I think
Curls, shoulder press, Derkins, planks, Zamperini..it was all super fun.
Return blocks and hit the alcove wall for some BTW w/ ST IC just because we didn’t get enough upper body work in

COT: continued prayers for all violent crime victims and family. Can’t imagine you and your family’s worst tragedy playing out in the public arena. Seems all to common nowadays.
Great work by all today and hopefully you got your money’s worth. Semper Fry is killing it out of the gates. Keep it rolling brother, great to have you out and posting on the regular.
