THE THANG: Grab a block and a partner and head to the parking lot. P1 begins 550 reps of assorted exercises while P2 “runs” to the far cone, alternating rifle carry (one block) and farmer carry (both blocks). Upon return, P2 picks up remaining reps and P2 visits the far cone.
