THE THANG: Happy Memorial Day! Let’s hit the track for the Coca-Cola 600. 2 laps around with Carolina Drydocks, Victory Jump Squats, ‘Mericans, and Steering Wheel Twist. Then on to the bball courts for what everyone really came for: defensive slide drills, tip drill, layup lines, and Knock Out. Three rounds of knock out produced three different winners: Lincoln Matlock Skipper.
MARY: Regular Mary stuff including Gordo and HOMER TO MARGE! We took a mobility moment and finished with one of the greatest exercises for men of our era.
