THE THANG: Mosey to “dark” parking lot. Gassers – with 5 lines – first line is 5 burpees, 2nd – 10 lunges each leg, 3rd – 20 merkins, 4th – 30 RBC, 5th – 40 squats. Run to line 1, perform ex. then back to start. Run to line 2, perform ex. at line 2 and ex at line1 (each time you pass it). etc…
Mosey to tennis courts – 1-10 ladder of bonnie blairs, 10-1 core killers. Bear crawl from BB to CK and broad jump from CK to BB.
