WARMUP: Disclaimer given, we headed up the lot and snaked down the set of parking lines, back towards the dumpster for several warm-o-rama exercises. Then into the dumpster cove to grab a block and over to the wagon wheel where YHC staged a couple of coupons the main event.
THE THANG: We circled the wheel and went around the horn with each pax taking turns as the timer around the side walk area carrying your choice of a 60# sandbag, a 40# ruck or your 33# block. Each pax took turns calling out and exercise for us to do while the timer made his loop. Several rounds were completed until time was called.
MARY: The usual Mary routines were completed.
