THE THANG: Take turns pulling the weighted sled up Mount Afton 3 lengths at a time. Others bear crawl while sled is pulled. All mosey to top of Mount Afton summit and back. Repeato taking turns pulling, bear crawling and topping the summit.
At the summit, add more weight and pull sled across parking lot as a timer while the rest do exercises
MARY:. Continue pulling sled while calling out only ab exercises.
