Three men braved the rain and cold to join YHC for some under cover block work. The long overdue schnitzel/ hammer reunion was :heart_eyes:! Great to see you sir!

WARMUP: SSH, IST, penny pickers, low and slow squats, windmills.
THE THANG: mosie to block pile, grab your block and return to safe cover. We did: bud heavy, lawnmower pulls, tricep extensions, sumo squats, halos, block chops, block swings, figure 8s, chest presses, block Tomic crunches, skull crushers, and maybe one or two more. We split rounds with Moses in the portico.
