THE THANG: Mosey to church, Jack webs (1-9 merkins/air presses), Mosey to our main parking lot, black jack ladder, 20-1 squats at low end of lot, 1-20 LBC IC at high end of lot. Jumping Jack Burpee Flash (10 SSH, 10 burpees) at low end of lot, rinse and repeat at high end. 10 Jackass merkins (merkin with donkey kick). 5 Jackees (Burpee with SSH instead of jump)
