THE THANG: Baby Snownado. 15 merkins, 15 wwII, 15 CDD, LBC, 15 squats. Choice of run/5burpees/bearcrawl in between each exercise. 3 rounds. End with another round of share the love. We stayed under Cover and off slick sidewalks for the most part.
