6 men started Tuesday off with some physical activity. It went something like this:

Mosey around until Spaz gets out of his mac-daddy Caddy, then some warmorama.
After warmorama, the fun began and the chatter ceased, apparently someone challenged us to The Quiet Game.

At the playground:
5-1 ladder
pull-ups & step ups

At the picnic tables:
10-1 ladder
atomic crunches & dips with a run to the school entrance and back in between each round.

At the south entrance road hill:
10-1 ladder
merkins at the top & atomic crunches at the bottom.

We’ve done the ladders, now for the Chutes:
At the bus parking lot do:
Bear crawl down one white line and quadrophilia back on the next line. Repeat 3 times.

Easy mosey back to the school for Mary.

It was good to have 6 at Comanche today.
