YHC woke up this morning to learn no one had picked up the Q so I grabbed grabbed the Q and decided to pull out an old favorite. There was a little chill in the air so what better way to warm up and start the day than with “The Horseshoe”. Luckily I checked the track at HRMS on the way to the AO and they had it locked up so adjustments needed to be made.
WARMUP: 15 SSH, 10 Penny Pickers, 10 IST, Mosey over to the school entrance with some high knees and butt kickers.
THE THANG: The Horseshoe
Since the track was closed we created our own track. The lap was to run from the school entrance to the island with the far parking light then around the main parking lot and back to the school entrance.

We called it half way through and headed to the bus lot for Mary.
MARY: Pretzel crunch 10 each side, 15 low flutter, 10 box cutters, and we finished with the plank or as Guinness calls it “Le Plank”.
