Not that kind of drag show! 11 men, including two from down-range (one a FNG) met up at Dorton for the conclusion to YHCs Iron Q week, which included a new toy.

Time for the Drag Show!
Intro to the “B.S. 1.0”. The Block Sled version 1.0. Add 4 blocks to it, and you are dragging over 150 lbs.

The Timer does the sled drag (backwards) from the bottom of the parking lot to the top and back. Everyone else does one of the exercises on the list. Rotate thru until everyone has been the Timer.

We had two guests this morning, Nancy Lopez from Richmond, and FNG from Long Island. Usually we make FNGs show a second time to get a name, but F3 Richmond does it on the first time. Since Nancy Lopez EH’d FNG, we used their rules. FNGs name is Topper, which is a character on Outer Banks, so he will forever be known as Outer Banks.
