THE THANG: wall check. New ODell Wall has been repaired and we inspected the work. 10-2 ladder, counting by 2s. Donkey Kicks on the wall, near crawl across for squats on the other side, run to return. Brutal. Mosey to teacher lot for suicide style work. 5, 10, 15, 20 reps at corresponding parking lines for..merkins, squats, CDD. Mosey to port a cove for PC burpee wave. Drop for burpee x2. Ends had 4, run it back a few times. Last but not least the new Bail Out drill as named by @sugar. Pax call exercise from group and then rolls out for a run. Some lively discussion on the run route and Pox manipulated me into a compromise. 2 rounds through all pax
