3 Men and YHC took to the streets this morning and put in some miles. R2D2 and I started at 5 with sprint intervals through the roundabouts up by 485. R2 had the Walmart special flying this morning. Getting stronger!

The 5:30 crowd lost R2 to the boys slinging metal in the parking lot and added Man Down and Mr. McFeeley. YHC ran a bit long on the early work (my apologies) so changed the route from a Highland Creek loop, to a chase the rabbits from The Valley. We headed down Mallard Creek, turned left back into the Arbors neighborhood and poked around looking for the runners, but never found them. They were either faster than we thought or slower than we thought? Anyway, across Mallard to Senator Royal and down the hill. Right on David Taylor and left on Mallard Creek. AYG from the intersection of Mallard and Mallard back to the church. Joined the KBers for COT.

– Watching Man Down fly around on his creaking, 7 speed, suburbia special is quite a site. He can really move!
