  1. Great job this morning guys. Don’t forget today is Valentine’s Day – a completely made up hallmark holiday that if you don’t treat your lady right you will never hear the end of it.

    1. Speaking of which, somebody’s daughter just might be getting a card from me. Start cleaning that shotgun!
Just kidding, I always have to miss the best workouts. Instead of Valentine’s Day cards, I’m giving Schnitzel a Get Well Soon card, so he and I can hit the gloom again soon.

    2. Always nice to partner with the guy who set up the scavenger hunt. Great job with the planning this morning and even greater job with the running Partner!

  2. Great Q Stretchy! Well done with the advance work on the scavenger hunt. Nice incorporation of the “Stretchy” band. Good working with Pox and Golden Boy. Tried to use Golden Boy as a slingshot as much as possible on the running parts. The group is definitely getting stronger and fitter (I know I have – thx men), and the improvement looks to be coming at the expense of our counting ability…oh well.

  3. Although it was a bit chilly, it didn’t take long to warm up. Always like a nice scavenger hunt and the bands added that little extra teamwork necessary. Tclaps to Miracle-Gro and Golden Boy! No way I’d even have been up at the age let alone being able to keep up. Strong work!

Great to see the numbers we’ve been having lately. If there’s anyone you know who needs this, bring them out!

Remember we got Bell Buster on Monday’s also. We’ve only had about 3 each week. Pretty convenient way to get another workout in for the week!

RS HH Thursday at JBs. 730PM.

I might have the Q for the Cruise tomorrow; there may be painstations to keep us all together. It’ll be fun!! (ruck friendly)

  4. Nice change of pace, Stretchy. Hey, Stretchy brought out stretchy bands… so tomorrow Sugar brings something sweet and Jimmy Buffet will serve Margaritas and…never mind.

    Until next time.
