11 Pax made the dumb smart choice to run up and down some hills.

The Thang:

1. Run to Millstream
2. Run down the hill
3. Run up the hill
4. Run down the hill
5. Run up the hill
6. Rinse and Repeat
7. Back to HCE

The Naked Moleskin:

1. Great work today by all. Everyone is getting better. Some did 3 loops, some did 4 loops. Do I hear 5?
2. We had a Fili/Nanny fly by during COT. I guess the Millstream Repeats are just too easy for those guys.
3. F3 camping this weekend. I hope to see you all there.
4. Short BB today. Gotta go use the suction cup treatment on my muscles now.
