It was a beautiful morning to stand around in a circle and listen to some music…so that is exactly what we did (minus the standing around and maybe threw in a couple burpees and merkins).
After this morning, I am confident that I may have ruined the nostalgic joy that people feel when they hear these classics. Sorry men.

Don’t miss Genie’s milestone birthday on Monday…the big 3-0!! My birthday present will be to serve up a beatdown worthy of the occasion:-) It will be one you won’t want to miss!!
We are all thankful to hear that Phantom’s scan showed that the cancer didn’t spread and that he the prognosis is good for it to be treated with surgery. We are all keeping phantom and his family in our prayers. We ask for him to have the strength to fight through this season of life.

Not gonna lie, that was pretty tough. I’d like to say the music makes for a more enjoyable beatdown, but that’s not the case. It just makes you hate the artist (not The Artist formerly known as Monet) for singing such repetitive and lengthy songs. We get it, her name was Roxanne!
