Moleskin:
- Thanks for posting, gents, and for keeping up with my Chowderized instructions. I think once we got going, it seemed to work fine. I tried to mix in the whole catalog of F3 exercises.
- @Sandman – I hear you blew a tire. Hopefully, you will heal up quickly.
- @Chowder and @Conchito – That was a lot of one-legged burpees! Can you lose a few ‘o’s, please?
- Q was not surprised to see Gump missing for a spelling challenge.
- Please sound off for those brothers that I missed.
- Finally, we are only on this moving sphere we call Earth for a short period of time. Make the most of it.
Godspeed

Great lead @Pavarotti. Always fun to see a little creativity/pre-planning along with some props. Our trio had very little overlap in our names so we got a nice variety of exercises. Thanks to @Brinkley and @Hugo for the strong push.
Good to know that @XXX is still posting in Metro and not in MECA. His partners would not have been pleased.
FNG was Chad Herron. He’s a Hope Academy dad that @Bling referred.
