• Hold for halfway for 10 count

4 – Mosey to path leading to picnic shelter…

• 10 x Squat SC
• 10 x Jump Squat SC
• 10 x Lower Half Squat SC
• Hold squat for 10 count

5 – Skip to light pole and mosey to picnic shelter…

• 10 x Dips SC
• 10 x Incline Merkin SC
• 10 x Derkin SC
• Hold half Derkin for 10 count

• Backwards run to light pole and mosey to picnic shelter after squats

Top of the ladder…

  • YHC walked some at this point instead of mosey and still finished ahead of @Google who probably was taking more time to add a bun shaper to his lunges #GBS

The Moleskin:

1. Great work today by the PAX. Welcome @Moose (FNG Josh)! Good to see a combination of regular Saturday faces as well as some new ones.
2. YHC was sucking wind and slightly delirious at the end of the round of 20 and asked @ONJ for a 10 count in his native tongue. @ONJ agreed, but on the mosey back down the hill he confessed he didn’t really count. He claimed he simply said, “@Gump sucks” multiple times. #classic
3. Delirious again YHC couldn’t tell the difference between @Chopper and @Hammer.
4. Remember @Tomlin as his M, Angela, recovers from surgery this week. @Hammer asked us to pray for Missionary Mike in Burkina Faso who was at the cafe that was attacked in Burkina Faso and has not be heard from since. Check the Weasel Shaker for some info on how the PAX can rally around @Innkeeper in his time of need.
