Monday Murph!

19 men showed up this morning for a little Monday Murph. Sorry to those few who were expecting a kettle bell workout. Be reminded that that last Monday of the Month we always do The Murph. You can read about why this workout is called The Murph here.

1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run

Great job by all. This is always a challenge and a great way to push yourselves. Congrats to Neon and Law and Order for doing your first Murph. As we always say, “The workouts don’t get easier but you get stronger!” AYE!
