Mosey around the ridge lot over to the ticket booth for some SSHs, PPs, ISTs and HBs.

THE THANG:
An audible was called at 0528 as the soccer field was a mess. A new, dry location was selected amd it looked like this:

Freedom Ladder:
5 cones at 10 yard intervals
Cone 1: 5 HR Merkins
Cone 2: 10 American Dry Docks
Cone 3: 15 Liberty Lunges
Cone 4: 20 American Hammers
Cone 5: 25 Freedom Flutters

>From starting point, head to cone 1, complete exercise and then head back to SP for 5x burpees.

Then cone 2 exercises, back to SP, then to cone 1 exercises, then SP for 5x burpees.

Repeato ladder up to cone 5.

Once complete, we headed to the courts for some Pull-ups. Once complete there, headed to ticket booth for Mary.

MARY:
13ish minutes of stretching/cool down/info sharing. While going through some random stretches and cool down I asked for feedback and thoughts from the PAX on the state of F3 Hburg. My goal is to continue similar conversations for the next few weeks and get everyones input. Somewhere along the way we discussed how perilously hanging from cliffs and drowning in quicksand isn’t as prevalent as 90s movies made them out to be. It was great stuff…

Prayers for Mary and her baby (baby number 6 for Carpe Diem!!!), Christy and her ongoing chemo treatments, Prayers for Lauren, friend of Talladega, battling multiple health problems and in the hospital. Family is not local so her work and church families are supporting her. Prayers for Ruthie, Taylor, the Conrad family and both Eric’s struggling with addiction.
