THE THANG: Anyone for tennis? Wouldn’t that be nice?
We entered the courts and stopped for some Penny Pickers for IC.
– We lined up along the court side line and did 4-5 rounds of gassers.
– Next stop was the wall for a variety of the usuals, but no B2W.
– Partner up for two rounds of catch me if you can.
– Back to Mary with a stop at the bridge for a 5-1 ladder if shoulder ups and burpees.
– YHC delivered a personal record of 30 burpees as Q

MARY: Not much time, did a quick stretch, touching the toes and reach for the sky.
COT: Praise for Lil Brother’s mom, positive health report and improvements for Ruthie, continued prairie her recovery and Mayhem and family.
Good reminders were shared about staying fit and active especially for those of us, family and friends get older.
