Glorious morning to begin Christmas week! 12 strong for a run/ruck. The 2 runners did their thing, while the 10 Ruckers did theirs attacking the hill of Mt. Afton multiple times. The guys really pushed themselves this morning. Personally, it was great to throw on the vest for a little more challenge. A bit uncomfortable but tolerable.
Named out newest young member Jackson who shall now be known as @big brother. Huge shout out to @big brother. Not a lot of 12 yr old young men who will brave the cold to workout with a bunch of old guys!Thanks for showing fellas!
