First up, no injuries! But after two hours of sprinting, bumping, one hand and diving catches (at least some of that is true haha) we will definitely be sore in places we aren’t normally (that is 100% true!). Lots of people out at the park playing so we not only mixed in with people from the church group but also from the community. Lots of meeting new people and Happy Thanksgiving well wishes. Now it’s on to go throw down with some delicious goodies! Ripken was slinging some dimes out there, Lecter still has got it, Hot Dog was throwing bombs, Allison got at least one TD, Pink got a tackle, Magic Mike had several TDs, the “Elders” brought the youthful athleticism and extreme optimism/positivity. It really was a special way to start the day!
WARMUP: Who needs that before sprinting?
THE THANG: Football, football, and more football.
MARY: Ginger walking to vehicles, followed by immediate anti-inflammatories.
