WARMUP: Jobu complained about the extended disclaimer until realizing we had a FNG with us in the rain. We moseyed to the covered gym entrance for some SSH, IST, and merkins. Then we were off to the covered school entrance to enjoy the Horseshoe.
THE THANG: It was a modified horseshoe because I couldn’t remember the original exercises from my first post many many years ago. Since I don’t have a key to the track the lap started at the school entrance, down past the far island, around the island by the gym/cafeteria entrance, back down the car rider lane to the entrance. It was close the the 1/4 mile distance.
