Four men met in the dark, chilly CMES parking lot for another Buckwheat Q. As it was cold, so we kept moving throughout and did a total body beatdown.

WARMUP: Mosey to the front of the school and back to the lot to pick up a late straggler. I won’t name names, but it wasn’t yellowcake or Spaz who were at the AO before YHC (as usual). Mosey back to the front of the school for warm-o-rama:

SSH, IST, Windmill, LSS, hamstring and hurdler (err curdler stretch).

THE THANG: Mosey to the far end of the portico. Pax timer exercise. One pax serves as the timer whilst the rest of the pax do a series of exercises (incline merks, cheek clappers, and leg presses) on the picnic tables. Rinse and repeat until all four pax have served as timer. Why not do another round of this, but change the exercises: Dips, Step Ups, and WWII’s were next up. Once all four of us served as timer again, we took a break and did 10 burpees. After that, we did another round of timer exercises, with the timer distance a little shorter (to teacher lot yield sign and back). Upon completion of these Pax choice exercises, we moved over to get some pillar love. People’s chair with air presses and alternating toe taps mixed in.

We then lunge walked the front of the school, stopping at each pillar for an escalating squat party (1 up to 12 at each piller). Once we got to 12, we switched to merks to give Spaz his fix.

We the. Did a mini Mary session (LBC’s, dying cockroach, atomic crunches).

Following mini-MARY we migrated to the teacher lot for a few loops of see you when I see you w/ pax stopping wherever they meet their partner and doing 20 reps of an exercise of their choosing. hammer and I did incline merkins, CDD’s, calf raises and WWII’s (I believe.?.?.?)

We then migrated back to the school entrance for a brief MARY session and played guess the principal’s music selection. She deviated from the norm and went with country today.
