THE THANG: Slayer Workout but in between rounds a run up and down heart rate (or attack) hill.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Tradition’s Anniversary 3/8 and YMCA 5k is now $25 and in April.
COT: It was a great time had by all, even while feeling their age from the also successful Maddog send off (thanks to Zin and others who helped organize it). Recognition by several about how great it is that we have so many different active Qs in F3H. The after party at Coffeeteria was well attended! Probably 15+. If you also find 530 to be too late of a start time there are runners and walkers that start at 5am. F3H is bigger than just what’s on the official count. Keep your body and brain moving, find good men to do it with, that’s what it is all about!
