THE THANG: Last week’s enjoyable route for the runners but in reverse. Both directions were solid runs so likely will see this mixed in on the regular. YHC cut a small piece off after finishing tardy last week but with a couple good pacers today, finished with time to spare, and stretch.

Nice to have Spooner join for a couple miles as we passed his house at just the right time to drag him along for a bit.

Not sure where the Ruckers went as somehow none of the 7 are on Strava (that I know of).

ANNOUNCEMENTS: July 4th ultimate frisbee at 7 am.

COT: prayers for Hot Pack and his daughter headed to Jamaica for a mission trip. Hopefully island isn’t devastated from hurricane moving through today.
