Air very heavy this morning at the Mill. YHC thought some intervals would be good, I was thinking otherwise 1 lap into it.
WARMUP:
Stretch out until 0530.
THE THANG:
Normal pace around the loop, pick up pace down 3 spokes of the inner loop, Biotechnology Way, Watson Crick and West Ave (to the roundabout).

@look_me_up set the pace, @squid made use of the port-a-potty, rest of us did our best to finish w/o requiring medical assistance. Top mileage was 5.25 roughly.
