• Ladder 1
o Kick throughs – 10 to 1 on track
o Dips – 1 to 10 on playground equipment
• Ladder 2
o Pull ups – 10 to 1
o Squats – 1 to 10
• Mosey to mary

• Box Cutter – 15x
• J Lo – 20x

Prayer request/announcements:
Prayers for Boseman and his family as they comfort his grandmother Harrirot in the last days of her 98 year life. Payers for Ashley Connor and her family (husband and 2 kids) and she battles cancer.
